Dito. I found the only way to solve it so far is to reboot the client. Donsent take 20 seconds but woule rather not.

I think the problem is that, as in the real world, there is no set capital. For example. Bank of england has a gold reserve which it distribute somehow among the population. In eve, there is no such reserve. You kill a 2 mil BS, and 10 miutes late...
